    virtually eliminated “high bottoms” and secondary blasting. We excel in limestone,
    traprock, building stone and dimensional stone quarries. In critical applications we
    may use state-of-the-art laser and hole location equipment.

    Each shot design is customized for each application. This means improved
    efficiency and production: from 10% - 25% over the norm. Particular emphasis is
    also placed on the proper loading of each hole to ensure that the rock is well
    fractured and the bottom of each shot will dig with ease, eliminating the need for
    secondary blasting. The real benefit is a lower cost per ton of rock blasted.

    Site-specific, custom-designed shots dramatically reduce the chance of flyrock or
    excessive air blast noise, preventing property damage and/or surrounding
    community concerns.
